Pre-Project

  • We design exclusively on Squarespace to ensure your website is intuitive, scalable, and easy to manage as your business grows. Every site is thoughtfully built from the ground up with a strategic, custom approach. The result is a beautifully branded Squarespace website that tells your story, showcases your work, and functions as a polished, professional online home.

  • We work with portfolio-driven brands like interior designers, architects, and photographers, where showcasing your work beautifully is essential. Squarespace allows for curated layouts, impactful portfolios, and an easy-to-manage blog, giving you room to grow as your business evolves.

    Paired with thoughtful website strategy, we design with intention—solving costly problems like unclear messaging, poor lead quality, and underperforming websites. The result is a fully custom Squarespace site that feels bespoke, supports your goals, and empowers you to confidently make updates as you grow.

  • Website projects typically fill up one to three months in advance, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to schedule a discovery call. Once we determine if we’re a good collaborative fit, we’ll happily share the contract and deposit details to reserve your spot.

  • The custom website build process typically takes between four to six weeks, depending on complexity. Semi-custom website builds require about three weeks. To help keep things on track, you’ll be provided with an organized timeline.

  • To secure your spot, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit, with 2–3 additional payments spaced out over the course of the project, depending on your website package.

Website Design

  • All website content—including copy, images, and brand assets—will need to be ready before your scheduled project start date. Don’t worry, we’ll guide you with a clear checklist so you know exactly what to prepare to help us bring your message to life and make your website truly shine.

  • When you book with us, you’ll receive our website content planner to help you brainstorm and write your website copy, with guidance for each standard page. We’ll also do some light content editing based on our experience.

    If you’d like support from a professional copywriter, we’re happy to share a trusted referral.

  • Consider investing in a brand photo shoot well ahead of your website project. It’s worth the investment and makes all the difference when you’re seeking to align with premium clients.

    If a custom photoshoot isn’t in the budget, we’ll discuss creative ways to supplement your website and showcase your work.

  • All our websites include best-practice SEO techniques. If you require additional, targeted, or ongoing SEO services we recommend reaching out to an SEO expert for specialized help targeted to your business goals.

Post-Project

  • We love continuing to support our clients even after their website is complete. We offer monthly maintenance subscriptions—just reach out for details.
